β β β β β Very Bad service send to repair due to screen flickering one month ago and charge for RM400+. Took back the Tv not even two weeks the problem reoccur and ask them how to deal with this they said need to repair again still need to pay for another amount. Lousy service.

β β β β β Very bad experience, first send tv to them check need diagnosis charge, second promise call you within few day but never call, third already tell them if the tv got problem must let me know before repair. Even after done repair also didn't call. After bring back tv got 2 big shadow, whatsapp them only said can repair 70% but the charge price 4++ not include diagnose charge. I can bought new tv add few hundred. Lastly after few month spoil again. Whatsap them they said need paid again to repair, before they said if the tv got problem back inform him, really just inform only. Suggest if the repair got problem just ask for refund don't wait. Note repair price won't be cheap.

β β β β β So satisfied with their service. My 60β tv been broken for the past few months and i couldnβt find shop nearby which can come and pick up my heavy tv. Luckily i found this shop. They offer pick up on weekend and they came on time. Apparently the motherboard is the problem. They consulted me first before proceeding with the repair. I got my fully functional tv back less than a week! I regret that i didnt found this shop earlier. Highly recommended!

β β β β β Not so much good experience here since they cannot fix my TV even after you paid for diagnostic.
Once received the results they assuming to dispose if I don't take it back without asking me.
And it seem most of the people there are junior technician and it would be great if experienced technician there as well.
Reason: They don't solve a certain problem like screen replacement
