★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very poor.End of month March 17 i went there,because period problem.But the Punjabi lady Doctor didn't talk with me,only her assistant explain n ask me what the problem n tell back to Doctor.Only 5 minutes,after finish scan her assistant told me that hormone problem.They give me medicine and ask me continue that medicine for 6 months.I don't know wat the medicine name also,never mention also,but they say if i continue that medicine i cannot get pregnant.After back home i throw that medicine,the next day i refer to other doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff attitude very bad ! Even we din bring the clinic card , but we show the IC , they can just try to find the patient information . But they don't find and said must show them the 'Card' . Somemore want show us unpleasant face and talking in 'Indian' language . Even we dont't understand but we can feel that they are talking about us ! Very disapointed .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad staff. Rude. I think i will go again and complain. But Dato Dr Ranjoth are very good. Good explanation. Details. But the lady doctor have service problem. I'll always request Dato not that lady!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff should be better trained to handle customer's needs. They could have been a little bit more attentive and a little less money-chasers because as soon as I went over the counter and explain my situation, they urged me to make payment. Usually all other private clinics that I went to would perform the diagnosis and consultation first, and I'd only have to pay after I've received my medicine (s) at the dispensary counter but seems like here is not the case. As if I'd run away as soon as my treatment completed is what it feels like. The whole experience was kinda rushed, so to say. Would I come back? Probably no. 2 stars for service, - 3 stars for hospitality.
