★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited this clinic for consultation (mainly to regulate cycle) and all they care about is pushing patients to IVF. The doc too constantly promoting IVF when she got to know im married for 2 years plus and have no kids and some of the lab test results were not right/results were not same when we tested at other place(im not sure if this clinic Star tested in their own lab) we only got to know this after getting second opinion. And all made sense to me reflecting back on why they(including the doc) keep pushing me to ivf(all for money).
Also lack of integrity and ethics. When patient discussing problems or issues all the nurses just walking in and out of the room and standing as a group to listen to issues. Did not even seek proper consent on who can be in. Spend about rm 300/230++ every visit (rm I000+- per month). It was so high because the doc even charge consultation fee and a separate consultation fee for ultrasound which she didn’t even discuss much about. Disappointed with the service. Not sure how fertility clinic works but i don’t prefer this clinic’s service in particular.
