★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my hair cut over the weekend and Im sorry to say that im extremely disappointed with how my hair was trimmed by the lady. She is not experience with woman's fringe.
Wouldn't visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have a very bad experience here. I realized they have damaged my hair after i done styling at there. Even they provide me free hair treatment but with a bad manner. Bad customer service and unprofessional at all. And please improve your skill before you touch your customer's hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm so angry. I had always do up hair. I purposely grow my hair for like 4 months cause i want to have a down style hair. I requested for a very nice down hair and they say can but the results are so different. It doesn't look like what I want at all. She cut my hair to the point that I'm back to up hair and not able to do down hair again. Won't ever go back here again.

They also provide promo packages. Very satisfied with their services. Affordable price rm250 for digital perm (organic chemical) + cut + treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the designer was very unprofessional and lack of communication. I've visited this hair salon last week and I have request for the damage hair cuttings because I was planning to glow my hair.
I used to requested several times to her, the way that I wanted to cut it and how long I was wishing to cut. But she used to ignore all of my request which she have trim my hair without noticing while I was drying my hair after I was about to finish my hairstyle.
I was so shocked that she have cut my hair on the shoulder length which I was about to reach until the middle of my spine. My fam have noticed that I was about to cry because my hair just trimmed out without any noticing. She don't even take 8 mins to cut or trim my hair because I went here with my family members.
The main reason why I've leave the review after 1 week, I can't even do any hair styling and it looks very messy once I didn't tied up my hair. My whole hair looks very messy which it looks like a broom. Every time that I look at the mirror, I feel very angry, unsatisfied, sad, and feel regret that I've visited this salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a regular customer to this salon for many years. I have encountered a few good hair stylists which give good advices. The salon is spacious and comfortable. It can be quite pack when there is a coming festival. The prices are reasonable. It can be easily reach there by MRT – Taman Mutiara station or by car.
