โ โ โ โ โ I walked in on last Sunday for hair wash and cut. The hair wash session was okay. But not the hair cut. A hair stylist named as aileen, mid 40 years old woman who served me.
1. Unprofessional
She was trying to clip the barber gown on me. I wss complaining it was too tight. She did another time and it was very tight and I requested to change for another hair stylist. She was mad and showed me hers black face saying that it was not done yet. Ok fine, she adjusted again but I was unhappy with that kind of service when she started to show me hers expression.
2. Old-fashioned
She just trim a few inches and wanted to iron my hair. I didnt have this kind of ironing service back to many years ago as it looks not natural with super straight and flat hair ok. I refused to iron my hair, then she offered me to tie my hair. Omg, y do you want to tie a pony tail for me? She said the cost was in the package. I were not concerend about the price, but more to service. Furthermore, she kept commenting I do have baby hair, very thick and some parts were very thin.
Please, you are in the service line! Do improve yourself and ask for what's matters if the client aren't happy. Who is paying for you?

โ โ โ โ โ Price increased 45% which compared with my last haircut half year ago. People lower price due to no more gst of 6%. But I believe that once their price increased and will not reducing even there is no more gst in few days later. No wonder the hairstylist told me that their business is in a down trend. Service so so but charged high price.
