★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best air conditioned gym in town~!!! Stepped in with Wow expression, it's clean and neat. Gym equipments and machines are well prepared for various types of workout~!!! Overall It's comfortable environment and it is perfect for workout. Highly recommend for friend~!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a well equipped gym. However, the condition of the equipment are deteriorating fast. There is a lack of maintenance to them. The weights, plates and other accessories are lying everywhere. The gym is untidy and the staff are just sitting around at the counter playing with their mobile phones. 2 days straight I visited the gym and the same things are still all over the floor. Trip hazard. Please buck up R3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fully air-conditioned. Suggest to wear thicker clothing else will not sweat much. Fully equipped. Looks and feels classy but a little bit too dim for the lighting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best gyms around in JB. The gym is well lit and fully air conditioned. The equipments available are satisfactory and better than most gyms around. The prices for the membership package are quite reasonable too. I would say R3 is comparable against international gym franchise here.
The only minor downside is the facilities of the toilet is lacking and small. The customer service is also inconsistent but most of the time they are good. Lastly, please integrate gym etiquette into your customer onboarding SOP. I've gym in many countries and most customers have no problem putting the weights back after use. It's a problem the locals seem to have. With a little bit of education it can be overcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ R3 fitness boasts a 11,000 square feet fitness space with 17 hours of operation. There's a wide variety of equipment and an open area for classes. However, the equipments were wearing out fast and not taken care of. Weights were not placed back to where they should be and place seemed like a mess. The air conditioner was working on its lighter settings but was seen windows open during a hot day. The lighting wasn't optimal too as some spots were too dim while others was like a spotlight. Parking on the other hand was a hassle. Overall, I'd only recommend if the place was more taken care of.
