★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I emailed them last week to find out if they are still delivering during MCO. They never reply me. It’s a simple question with a simple answer. My take is that they want you to order and make a payment so that they will have some money to roll until the MCO is lift up. Then, they can always give you excuses that they don’t deliver during MCO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never liked oats before until a friend of mine ask me to try radiant wholefood organic whole oats. And since then I loved it. So easy to make yet so delicious and healthy!
Because I don't really like milk I make it with a chocolate drink. Just pour hot water and mix it with any 3 in 1 drink, wait for 2-3 minutes and instant breakfast!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wanted to update that the shipping has improved significant. I got my latest order within 2 days. website still kinda effy but it works. And they do send out promotions time to time. so keep it up.
(202011) Did not like the experience buying through their website. I bought through their website and it took 6 days for them to ship out (note: at this moment I have not received it). I did not receive a tracking code or any notification. I only know because I called them today to check what happened to my order.
Tha lady in charge on the phone was unkind and kept informing the order was shipped and "fulfilled." As a customer, I was so worried because I placed a large order and I did not receive the order yet. I already assumed the worse that someone must have taken my order or there was delivery mistake. So I try to find out more when was the item ship out and more details such as tracking code/service, the lady was impatience. Then only I found out it was shipped out today but no tracking code, no driver contact. Waiting to receive my order which I hope is not lost.
Personally love radiant products but I hope management can see. If you are going online, customer service/experience is so important.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m so happy to see Radiant organic selling online. I have been buying Radiant products for more than 10 years and when I signed in, I was rewarded immediately with a 20% discount. I manage to buy 12 items worth more than RM270. I’m so happy to be they immediately reward me sign-in points of 200 points. They continue to reward me with additional points for sharing Twitter, Instagram and FB totaling 725 points. With the discount given plus all the reward points, it is cheaper than going out to buy from the shop. I definitely love to come back again. One thing, Radiant need to improve is on the delivery time, it took 4 days to deliver to my house at Ampang which I think it is bit too long. Otherwise, the online service experience have been amazing. Highly recommend!!!

A few days ago- We ordered a few items by eco store, natural organic products for better health and environment that’s from New Zealand ?? of which they carry plus a bottle of Lakewood organic pure prune juice.
Two days later it all arrived nicely and securely wrapped.

p/s: we are hoping the eco store dry damaged colored hair shampoo would have stocks soon.
