★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using Zepto express for a few times. I would say i have very bad experiences with most of the riders. Alot of them take very ling time to deliver. This is really bad. After the job is done, I submit ny review. But each time a rider gets a job, you can’t view his/her review or rating before confirming a job. How do we know which rider is trustable???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arranged for pick up on the 28th May and my parcel (to Sabah) has still not been shipped out from Semenanjung as of today 13th June. Repeated follow-ups are met with rude we are busy and my parcel is still no where in sight. Horrible service. Best to stick with known, reliable providers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery guy has the audacity to claim he picked up and delivered when he hasn't even pick up the parcel. 1 day late in attempt to pick up somemore!
Delivery guy may have made a mistake and the situation could have been easily tackled by customer service in responding to complaint and refund but no, they chose to just not respond at all!
