I’ve walked past this cafe several times and never noticed it before and only did because of the board on the pavement. I thought this cafe was a real gem. The interior is very fresh, classy, modern, would not look out of place in Europe but with Malaysian influences.
Ordered a cold mocha latte and a matcha cheese cake. The coffee was very strong even with the amount of milk in the coffee. I was still a little numb from not having had a morning coffee, but this mocha was the perfect tonic. The coffee beans used were, I think 100% Coffea liberica and it’s the first time I’ve ever had. It was great. Strong, smooth and not bitter.
The matcha cheesecake was pretty good too. Just like the way I’m used to in Europe.
