β β β β β I called the centre in the morning and luckily there was a free slot for my mom on the same day.
Staffs were all nice, the centre was very clean and comfortable. Everything went very smoothly and organized, i really loved how nice they treated my old mom ?
What made me disappointed is that I couldnβt get a referral letter from the doctor. When I called for appointment, the receptionist told me that referral letter can be given if needed. But when in the discussion room, I asked for the referral letter to be sent to a government hospital because we couldnβt afford the further treatment cost there and the pic said referral letter cannot be issued.
I thought by bringing my mom here can ease things, but end up I will need to bring my mom to a government clinic to get a referral letter as government hospitals only receive patients with referral letter ?

β β β β β I brought my aunt to Vista Puchong last Saturday to do an comprehensive eye examination as she have a family history of glaucoma. It is our first time there. Made our appointment through phone as friends recommended it to us. The centre was clean and tidy. The staff there was routinely sanitising each time there people uses the machine. Even there are a little crowd in the centre but understandable itβs weekend. Staff was so friendly and polite. Dr Paul Lim is very nice and patiently explained to all our questions. Well done and keep up the good work.

β β β β β I saw vista eye specialist advertisement thru they instagram. The price is no hidden price as explained in the ads. And their customer service was very prompt. First check up was really smooth. Explained well and right away i booked my lasik surgery date. Dr Paul is my surgeon, and I am comfortable with his surgery made on my eyes. After a week my vision is clear and one month passed, my eyes is still clear. Couldnt be more happy without glasses now. Highly recommended for those wanted to get off your glasses, pls visit VISTA PUCHONG ?

β β β β β Appt at 9.30, done by 11.30. Several (about 8 stations) eye checks incl sugar test and final check by Dr Paul Lim - RM198. Advice to go for prescriptive lenses - no need cataract surgery (cos mild cataract only)! Thank you for professionalism! Good & relaxing atmosphere with nice piano music. :)
Before this went another eye clinic - just first check up was RM198. Then
supposed to go another check up which would take half day and would cost about RM600!

β β β β β Iβm impressed with the service provided here in Vista Eye Specialist Puchong. The centre is clean and staff was efficient. There is a slight waiting time but understandable as itβs weekend. I brought my niece (5 y/o)and nephew (8 y/o) for a general eye check with Dr Paul Lim. The procedure is very thorough. The explanation given by the optometrist is very details.

I would strongly recommend Vista Eye Specialist for everyone. Dr. Paul is very patient and friendly to his patient. His explanation is very clear and precise. The nurses and staff were very friendly. Personally I would says my vision after op i so much better than before.
