1-toilet above cafe had no water for almost two weeks but no action taken from the management.
2- plastic chair were broken but no replace nor repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital Raja Perempuan Zainab is an old hospital by its name. It is a modern hospital with high techonolgy instruments and apparatus and the staff are highly trained . They are also helpful and polite. The places are clean except a few big drsins are blocked with rubbish. In term of parking it is sad and the parking are charged and if you happen to park wrongly heavy penalties will be imposed by MBKB without mercy. I do not know and understand why MBKB can collect the parking while the roads are in the area of the hospital. Overall I consider Hospital RajaPerempuan Zainab
Is the best hospital in Kelantan and most visited by the local and outsiders. I think this hospital is now well equiped with the most modern new instruments and machines. I think this hospital really need a very good canteen with fully trained waiters and quality food with cheaper prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since it is a public hospital, please expect a lot of people and a long waiting time here. For me, it is a good trade off (time vs expenses). Besides, the services they delivered are pretty good and professional.

No parking, parking is a very big issue for visitor and staff!
Even distric hospital can do a better administration work

Only required a bandage
Then they drugged me for 72hours, didn't feed me.
And billed me 4594 rinngit for 3 nights
Whilst laughing at me, as I had to pay them.
Seemed was run more by Criminals more than medics.
Pure fake bill and hospital.
Worst hospital I've been on earth.
Avoid!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to my own horrible experience when my baby was warded only for 1 day, and also because of the recent case of the death of the 2 months old baby. That just reminds me of how awful the hospitality was. And also, the MO and the nurses were so rude to me including the one who was at the payment counter.
