Very Badddd service especially the lady sitting at counter 1 or 2 (the counter at the left). I went there to change the owner of my newly bought second hand house. - She asked to pay the previous owner debt without explain anything and didnt give me chance to ask. - I provided two ic photocopy as they requested. One ic of owner and another is witness. In the SPA there is only one owner which is me. However, the lady wrongly key in the bill account name to the witness. I’m ok and I told her that was wrong. She didn’t apologise, she amended and then just throw the paper on the table. Overall, very very BAD ATTITUDE of this lady.

Helpful and friendly team of staff here. Both at the customer service counter and payment counter. Big kudos to all of them. Convenient location to pay your bills. At Larkin area nearby JB Sentral and Medan MARA. Clean toilet and surau also available. The SAJ cafeteria also just move into new location beside the old cafe area and everything is new here. Make yourself for short break here after you pay your bills.

Dont care attitude by SAJ JB. Bill state $35 are charge for removal of meter but meter was not removed. Call in, they just said it's procedure and said nothing can be done since notice has been send out even though no work is done. SAJ are suppose to serve the people. SAJ just dont care about customer services.

Call more than 10 minutes only pick up call. Website useless. Cant terminate account. Terminate account need charge. Not reasonable. Good job SAJ. Thank you government. Waited 2 weeks. Still in progress. Working attitude tak apa. Monopoly business. U must follow my way. Complain useless. Just wait wait and wait…..

Very rude technician who came for repair, no manner, contributed bad publicity to the state government. Should really teach your technician on how to behave with courtesy.

TMJ, you must help your country & citizens this issue. Very bad company..1/3/2022 at Taman Tun Ungku Aminah no water without notice from 2pm until 2/3/2022 9am still don’t have.. emergency case you don’t need to delay you work until 1 or 2 days. No action 1/3/2022. Customer service say 2/3/2022 morning will come and settle on afternoon.. this is so bad attitude of working culture..

Overall service now are very decent, improved a tons when compared to pre pandemic era. The front desk staff are helpful on explaining the details and process of applying/connecting/removal water supply. Keep up the good works!
