★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked 2 tickets for my teenage daughters from PJ to Singapore. Ticket said pickup was at Sunway Pyramid hotel. I reached there and waited only to be told by the hotel staff that I was at the wrong place. They sent me to Sunway Clio hotel which is 1.4km away. Calls & messages to the mobile number given went unanswered.
My kids were finally picked more than an hour later than the scheduled pickup time.
Lousy customer service. Definitely not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bus service, if can. I will give zero rating. 7:30pm bus from Larkin to TBS, 9:30pm still inside JB, stop here stop there. Imaging what the hack this bus is doing. Will never take this bus service again no matter what reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience ever. Bought ticket direct from larkin to shah alam but had so many stops. And driver didn't even tell us that they would stop at tbs before heading to shah alam. Don't do this to people and pls get other bus or ask clearly before you buy your ticket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus from JB Larkin terminal station would spend 1 hour to fetch passengers surround the whole JB then only start to go KL, strongly NOT recommended! Estimated arrive time stated from 3.30p.m to 7.15p.m(3.45 hours) but end up reach at 9p.m++(5.50 hours)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus JTV 3666 with the rudest bus driver ever who talks rudely and commands passengers. Make sure you follow whatever he says or he will snap and shout at you. Also do enjoy his fast driving over taking other cars (real life GTA) and calling/answering while driving. Don't bother falling asleep in a night bus as he will shout when answering his phone. That's your lullaby deal with it ?
Their other customer service crew however is prompt in handling the situation but keep in mind they can't tell the bus driver while you are seating in his bus or else smthg probably will happen. So yeah congrats if you seat in bus JTV 3666.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taking bus 2pm from JB to Melaka Sentral at 18 Jun 2022. Don't know why the driver didn't follow the highway route. Instead he choose to go to Pekan Nanas, Pontian, Benut and go back to Simpang Renggam toll. When go back in to Simpang Renggam toll, it is already 4.45pm. Almost 3 hours yet haven't passed the Yong Peng. All please avoid this bus for your own good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most terrible bus service I've encounter. 4PM bus from Larkin to Melaka I've to wait until 5pm. And it's reselling the bus ticket to other people while it should be occupied by my friends who are unable to make it at last moment! They're making bus service delayed in order to resell their seat! Never going to have their service! Too bad there's no negative star rating or I'll just give -5 Star!
