β β β β β Great! This salon is very comfortable, great atmosphere, and it's very clean. I only got a haircut (easily made an appointment via facebook message) and it's a great one. Ignore the other review and check out the Facebook page -- it's got review of actual haircuts!

β β β β β Very cool place to have your hair done. Simple interior decos. Owner Rao the hair guru is friendly and skilled. Very courteous and explain his products used. Price was affordable and reasonable. Kudos!!

Guy knows what I wanted and did it a step better. And when I say my hair is not easy to cut, it's true. Yet this guy managed it with a flair! Kudos Rao .. A hair-guru indeed!

β β β β β Hairguru... certainly is. Shop has Superb ambient , very calm aura and super chill hairstylist. I would recommend people to come . Price match with his quality of work. Super down to earth guy and just a masterpiece of his own craft.

β β β β β I had always driven past Rao Hairguru but was scared to go in thinking it would be this uppity hair salon. But decided to try one day and was greeted by Joey Rao himself the owner of the saloon. I have never gone to him and come out dissatisfied. In the past I have come out from other hair salons crying because of them not knowing how to deal with my hair! I love what he does, he is creative but also listens to what you want and has made me enjoy being expressive in my hairstyles! A mullet, a curly mullet, a pixie...various colours! Best hair salon in Ipoh period. Cannot recommend more!
