β β β β β Despite the good reviews which I have read about them, I am here to write about the completely opposite experiences with them. I filled up the online assessment and was immediately contacted by someone (I do not wish to name the person here) from their office the following day. I really thought they must be very efficient but that was the only prompt call I ever received from them. Well, I am just at the initial stages of finding out the migration options available and my husband and I have tonnes of questions to ask, but each time I try to contact this agent, he comes up with excuses or empty promises that he will get back to me but he doesn't bother calling back. The reason we seek out to agencies is because we do not understand alot of the process for the migration. Well, payment has not be made yet but obviously we need a good service before deciding whether to proceed with a particular agency or not. First impressions are the best impressions and as such, Rayford Migration Services has failed to deliver that good impression with their incompetent agent. I am only left to believe that either they are too judgmental (although the agent did say we qualify to apply based on our assessment) or that they have too much money now that not every client is important to them. I am definitely not going to recommend this agency to anyone who wishes to seek help for migration purposes and instead you may go directly to the embassy websites to find out on your own.

β β β β β They are FRAUDS, stay away at all cost. I was their customer in 2009. They scammed me out of $3,000. At the beginning they told my father the main applicant for immigration to Canada that he was eligible while he was not. By giving false hopes to their unsuspecting customers they earned boat loads of cash without delivering on their promise. Few years later when I confronted James Yap the CEO in his office he denied ever having met me and asked me to leave the premises. This was after months of follow-up emails falling on deaf ears. These guys are frauds so stay away.
P.S. In reponse to their feedback message. The agent name from 12 years ago was Ryan Rahimi who now lives in Australia, Perth himself. He was in marketing of Rayford migration. James Yap was also there. I do not know how I can contact you but I am more than sure that we will not reach any amicable solution since you will not reimburse any of the 9000 MYR that I paid you. If you had peaceful intention you would have at least reimbursed just a fraction of what I had paid you. If you did not reimburse me in 2012 I am more than sure you will not reimburse me even 1MYR in 2022 !

β β β β β I applied for their migration to Australia program in 2005, yes, more than a decade ago. I was told the application was not successful after I paid more than ten thousands ringgit and submitted all the necessary documents. I felt something was not right then. But after read some of the negative reviews here today, my suspicious of them being a fraud has been confirmed. I still feel dejected sometimes to this day for the money I gave to them who I thought could do the job. Stay away from these scammers!

β β β β β They are definitely fraud and misleading. At first they will ask your CV which is totally irrelevant thing to ask. There is absolutely NO need for the CV for the initial assessment or anytime in the whole process.
It just requires some general information for the initial assessment which can be obtained on a quick phone call (within 5 minutes) or F2F. But still they will insist for your CV, so they can plan thoroughly how to trap you.
Beware of them. Never ever share your CV with any of such so called consultants.

β β β β β Engaged them for my Australia General Skill migration few years back.
They are lacking of follow up and end up my assessment expired and require for a renewal.
Also Mr James refuse to take my phone or not willing to make an appointment to meet on site for further discussion.
Had a very bad experience with them because I have wasted my money and effort working with them.

β β β β β The whole business is very fishy. My husband gave his resume and Jeremy said the only way for PR is to study in Canada or Aus. Then I gave his resume to Stephen, he said my husband is Eligible for Skilled migration to Canada. How?!!! He never for once follow up or called me to set appointment. If this is how they work before I give money, can you imagine if they will work at all after taking my money?? Scary!! All of them look like they donβt know what theyβre dealing with or theyβre trying to just deceive you to give them money. Coming to see the reviews here, it makes sense. Please beware people.

They are there each and every time I have a query and at one point, the staff, Shalini, was travelling back from Penang and still found time to help me with an emergency. Reliable and dependable, I would recommend Rayford especially if you want good after service.
