Ms Khoo is an experienced Australian registered migration agent based in Malaysia with a distinctive legal background. She is very detailed and thorough in her work whilst giving us honest, excellent and straight forward advises on the risks involved as well as what we are required to do to attain the results.
She has an excellent team of staff who are professional and paid attention to every detail in their work. They provided us with their prompt responses and guided us throughout. They have actively helped us through each step along the way.
We had a very complex issue with the age and short submission deadlines, but Ms Khoo managed it successfully by giving us useful strategies and solutions to resolve our case compared to other migration agents who refused to even take our case as they are not confident that we can get the approval.
She was very honest with the risk we are taking but at the same time she helped provide solutions to assist us. With her expertise in writing a business plan for us whilst providing prompt and legal advises, we have achieved our dream to live in Australia.
