★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible workmanship. Don't get conned by the voucher given and the explanation on the product quality. Its way overpriced with the poorest quality you'll get. I've installed their premium quality tint that supposed to cut 85% and 98% heat on front screen but still feel the heat while driving. I'm a bit sceptical on the product that they are using. They have been saying its genuine and other shops are in house brand with low quality, but looks like theirs are the same.
Come tint here at your own risk. I've attached the photo of my car tint that has been done here, and just look at the workmanship. Please read the other 1 star reviews too and judge by yourself. I hope any of you won't be the next victim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and fast service. I didn’t even realize time passing as the place was so efficient and the workers there are polite and does things step by step. Waiting room has some beverages to consume while waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m here to do a complaint for your outlet at sri gombak, I went to install your tinted services on 12 May 2022 , and purchased raytech QC 55 , for the whole car cost rm2200 , and did mention atleast 2 time to the staff to extra careful while install on the dashboard , but end up the all the water was leak into my floating screen , and causing the car not able to start ! And you know what , the person in charge didn’t update me immediately and I saw him trying to start my car many many of time , but only tell me when I walk to them and ask what is happening, so I decide to call for towing back to my Mazda agent showroom , and guess what ! The boss and the staff act like didn’t hear it and starting to remove the part of my car and try to dry the liquid inside and also try to jump start !!! They didn’t ask my permission and do it them self ! End up I was at the workshop for around 7 hours for your mistake ! And I just got my car for 1 day and you guys damage it ! Shame to see your branding with this low quality team and service !
And yes at last the boss did refund the payment for me but still THIS IS REALLY SPOIL MY DAY AND MY BRAND NEW CAR !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a very nice promotional deal and the result is as advertised. Good craftmanship and quality. Even under the hot sun, you won't feel the heat when inside the car (ac off) with their tint (75% shade)
- though they missed to put in the raytech logo on the rear window - or maybe it depends with the shop. Keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service and unfriendly staff. I came for the first slot appointment in the morning and nobody entertain me. They even asked me to move my car from the designated customer parking as they want to entertain other customer. They closed the entrance after I move my car as I was not even there. Nobody even bothers asking me why I am here. It was just a waste of my time and a massive insult to me.
