★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not know how to treat customers and very rude. They cancelled a transaction of mine and for 2 days I thought it was the fault of the e-commerce. Molpay cancelled my transaction without my consent or even notifying me and they even initiated the refund process without asking me. They are really one huge liability to Maybank and all other Banks. Pathetic service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst online banking gateway in Malaysia. Super slow and lousy service. Take note that refund process by this gateway company take forever to credit back into bank account. You also will have to contact the merchant multiple times because there is something sketchy with this gateway system that many refunds get delayed or missing so you have to follow up multiple times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst and not reliable online banking gateway in Malaysia, the money has been deducted from my account. How come the transaction record is failed. I've have checked with the CIMB bank and the money has been credited to the merchant account and Razer merchant refused to refund me. I've called several times and the customer service is poor. This incident has happened for one month. I still haven't gotten back my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm wrote to Razer's CS informing them that they have issue with the payment using Grabpay. They asked me to use other payment method instead. Stop behaving like an ostrich and face your problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have tried so many times to add money to my Fb ads account. But it was showing the system is under maintenance. How come a payment gateway always do this!
I need to add up money in urgent basis but their system failed to do that.
Don’t recommend to use this payment gateway.
