★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wanted to share my experience, did my minor service before whn I bought the car ,then went again for the major service where totally disappointed..
Were told rear axle got issue during major service (after change the axle oil) informed to change the rear axle since it was informed got issue .claimed recon insurance (second hand part and since not fully covered need to fork out balance money)
After change car condition was too worst .. long shaft never fixed properly caused massive sound while driving .sent back to fix n took back after second day .issue with car vibrates at high speed (worst ) after several discussions with the management managed to solve the vibration ,long shaft and rear axle (not sure how long the rear axle will hold on after several changes ) .
Final part was my rim n tyre got scratched . And while driving the car undercarriage touching the road .some box cover was left opened underneath of dashboard . I could explained my disappointment and dissatisfaction.car was on n off in the workshop .
After that decided to fix the rim and undercarriage cover at different place ..
For me it was a a terrible experience .you paid so much of money but end up u get this and Luckyly after few discussion Rcy managed to take the responsibility to fix with upcoming careless issues .
I have lost my trust and won’t be visiting there again. ..they definitely have to improve their service ,knowledge of workers and take accountability.
Positive side yealah Shah is a very good person to meet talk to settle the issues ,but the other issues like this should consider improving ,and knowledge of the workers and post checking after fix something or service .

Supervisor : Bad communication, not friendly to handle after service alignment..just leave the car & go to the workstation..not inform the customer the car is ready & proceed to the payment.

I can say that everything is transparent, service is top notch and everyone there is friendly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st time went there. Lots of service bay. Car attended professionally by Wokshop Manager & mechanics. I went there to change Auxiliary Battery. The change took less than 30 minutes including computer check. Reasonable charge. Will go there for future regular service
