It takes some time to build the trust between service provider and their customers, from pre-sales, sales, and after-sales.
Prestige Carcare Glenmarie is one candidate that fit into my description above and they had surpassed my expectations in flying colors. If customers are being fair and honest, they will be able to find all the qualities of an excellent service from Prestige Carcare Glenmarie.
They have been gone the extra miles to ensure customer have a vast experience sending cars in regardless of any types of business engagement. Friendly, responsive, patience and honesty are their core quality and values, to name a few, that I can see after some months of activity with them.
I do believe service provided as such is rare and distinctive in today's complicated and cunning industry, and I wish they would continue with such great service and commitment in years to come and other market player following their footsteps too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my overdued-to-service Teana, initially was feeling out of place as this place is where the luxury Marques are being repaired. Still, Mr Lim promptly serviced my car, and even detected some oil leak in the flywheel gasket, and solution to my rough gear in low rpm, which I will be heading back again to get this fixed, after mco is over.
Waiting room was excellent!
Very professional and definitely will bring my other cars to service here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt that the shop head is nice. However, they are not good at service other brands' car. The charge is generally higher. I do not mind if able to solve my problem but they just like guessing and the issue keep repeating...........very frustrated and changed to other workshop.
