β β β β β Weirdest concept store ever. Was looking at the headphones. Was allowed to try it on but funnily was not allowed to pair and test with the phone. Nor do they provide any phones that has readily paired to the TWS to listen to and experience the quality of the product. What sort of silly experience store is it? Chinese lady told us it's because of it has to pair with an email address for it to work Lol. Ok I would have believed if it I hadn't read some online reviews beforehand. Close but try again. Because of this i just walked out without looking at realme phones which was my other reason for travelling to an experience store. PS the lady was not happy to serve us anyway so yeah.

β β β β β Worst experience ever. Staff's attitude is rude and when we asked for further info to be provided in relation to repair service available, we were told to Google it ourselves. It makes me wonder if I should choose a more reputable brand instead of this.

β β β β β Worst experience when I go to this shop. The seller girl looks like doesn't want to serve customer. You are really lucky to get sale on that night because the other shops already close at that time. With your zero customer service attitude, you will not go far. Believe me girl!

β β β β β Realme NU Sentral you really need to hire new sales woman. Seriously you lost a customer (read: me) to Oppo just because of her bad service. I really had made up my mind yesterday to buy realme smartphone so I came today to the store to buy it but felt so discouraged by her attitude. Decided to leave and went to Oppo next to it and immediately made my purchase there. She was so reluctant to explain, just stood next to me like a statue. When I asked questions, her replies were "don't know" or just shook her head. When I was about to leave, I thanked her and she just walked away. Made my way to Oppo and the salesman welcomed me with full excitement. No regrets ?

β β β β β I visited theRealme phone outlet at NuSentral on 4/3/2022. Saw a new Sales promoter and really impressed with her service and friendly nature. Would highly recommend anyone who would like to get a phone with different models. She is polite and Has knowledge of the products .got me so convinced to go and purchase next visit at Nu Sentral.

β β β β β I went to this store today (10.01.2022), The store girl is not there to sell anything itseems, when you ask a question she say no /don't know/No proper answer, though i liked a GT phone but she is not ready to explain me anything , so i selected the phone and told willing to buy and confronted her directly that your attitude towards me (customer) is not good , we are buying the product our own damn money so communicate properly and respect , Same response though. worst experience
