★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service ever! Super late reply! Even never reply!! 3pm call in to ask about trade in laptop, they say please using WhatsApp. I just follow and sending the information. Message has been read on 4:32pm, but didn't reply, call back for information, they say they are busy. Ok, fine! I wait until around 8pm and ask how much can be trade in, they only ask me the spec at 10:49pm. I show the spec of my laptop at 10:50pm and my message has been read at 10:57pm but never reply!!!
