★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't have all the English songs that you want but lots of Chinese song available. Food and drinks are okay.
Booked the 3 hours package. Around 2 hours 30 mins they will come in with a bill. Once you settled the bill, they will off the system, can't sing anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new redbox is super fine. RM140 Per room for 3 hrs not so bad at all. Food is nice. Tried the crab meat nasi goreng, it's delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe my expectation was too high for the high end karaoke place like this. But from experience, I think the karaoke system is outdated, still need to go to the screen to select the songs. Should be easier to have sharing link to select song across the phone, although there’s option to scan the QR to connect to Redbox’s karaoke system, but those are not available in app store/ google play. So a bit pointless there.
Searches of songs according to the artists/ music genres are probably not accurate as you still need to browse thru the playlist to find the songs you want, some songs available on the list but not when you searched them. Limited song selection, some familiar karaoke’s songs by the famous artists are not available and songs not updated to the recent.

1. Great service. we mentioned the aircond is too cold, as its centralised aircond, the staff on duty gave each of us a blanket
2. Sound system is great (JBL)
cons:
1. Room is a bit too small
2. Price is on the high side considering no food n drinks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambience was nice and sort of luxury but it was such a big disappointment that the microphone sounded cheap and the choice of songs were very much limited. We tried to get the staff to help but he couldn't even understand and had difficulty to explain. Overall experience, just meh... Totally not worth it.
