★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karen Loo was my sales advisor at Rolex Pavilion. She truly cares about what I want. Despite having the lockdown, she kept me updated and contacted me proactively. She went above and beyond to secure the items for me. Shopping experience at the boutique was smooth and well organised with all the SOP in placed. She comes highly recommended and anyone would be lucky to have her as their SA ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I had better things to say about this boutique. I've put my name on the interest list for a Rolex Milgauss in mid-2019. Mind you this is not an "in demand" model like a Daytona or a GMT Master II. Unfortunately, I still have not heard anything from them regarding the availability of the Milgauss. Wish they were more transparent in how customers could obtain the models they are truly interested in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Established many many years ago from a HUMBLE and small trading company to become a huge group of ARROGANT businesses that does not carry on the humble DNA and made worse by the
present LEADERSHIP and arrogant staff at their Rolex boutique or shall I say boutiques.
I am still waiting and have been waiting for many many years. I left my name on the mythical wait-list for a sea-dweller. Many years have past and new models or revisions have been launched yet I have not received any news from swiss watch gallery Rolex.
Dropping by the boutique once in while and I always get the same story "demand is way more than supply" and "we'll try our best". I had also mentioned that I didn't mind a Submariner-date or a GMT Master II. That too is a negative it seems. They rather sell you watches that you don't want nor have any interest in.
There is no clue as to when and if at all, there will be my deaired piece coming my way. Most of my acquaintances say their wait was 3 yrs at most. I have waited twice the duration and yet nothing came my way.
The story of demand outweigh supply is just lame as everyone knows there are plenty available albeit in the reseller shop windows, most if not all would have also been obtained from an AD or those individuals or representatives of ADs for a quick buck. This really spoils the passion for the true collectors who buys and to wear the piece themselves and to possibly also be used a family heirloom.
For that, you are plain lucky to have my 1 star rating. I'd have rated it 0 star if there was an option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nik of customer services from HQ was very responsive and helpful. However I cannot say the same for the sales staff Jason when I showed up to register my interest. He was disinterested in his job and did not show any effort to engage in any form of explanation whatsoever. This is very DISAPPOINTING and not deserving of representing a luxury brand like Rolex. Please show respect to all your customers especially Malaysian customers. Thank you.

Buying Rolex has always known to be difficult for me but he has definitely given a brand new experience. I would truly recommend the other fellow customers to look for him to have their request met.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the whole world were talking can chasing Rolex timepiece crazily and somehow I'm hit with big such super luck that I'm able to collect my awesome piece from Mr Danny at Pavilion Rolex today. Still can't imagine it's real..... Many thanks to Mr Danny and Rolex Pavilion for giving me the chance to own this truly amazing piece. Hope you guy can continue to surprise me in the future..... No doubt one of the best Rolex boutique I visited.... Best service and best hospitality. Truly a five star boutique.....
