★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My suit that was sent for dry cleaning came back with burnt marks on the edges. Especially around the collar and cuffs. They said it was not ironed by the proof shows otherwise. The material of the suit feels a little coarse than usually which support the argument regarding ironing. I found out that they outsourced the dry cleaning thus they have no control over the dry cleaning process. But that is no excuse since we paid for such services. We will never be using them again.
