★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a earlobe cyst removal. He did not remove the cyst completely.
The procedure(surgery) was very unhygienic. The assistant did not wear gloves. Both the doctor and assistant did not wear mask. During the procedure the stitching string touches the bed and the the doctor doesn't care. Half way through the procedure the doctor went to use the air-con remote control and continue the procedure using the same gloves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in complaining of extreme high fever and within 10 seconds he had a look at my throat and informed me i had a throat infection. The longest part of the visit was him writing the bogus medication.
Best part is that he didnt didnt check my temperature.Worst doctor i have ever met would recommend literally anyone else.

I was food poisoned for few days thought it could recovered. But unfortunately it dint recovered itself. So i came to visit panel doc.
After i told the reason of visit. He dint even ask anything about my condition. Just hit me with the standard medicine.
I’m facing a serious diarrhea, almost every 1-2hrs once. When i requested for a MC. He just give me half hour MC time. If i wanted to con a MC. why dont i come on the 1st day & let myself suffer for few days. Terrible medic ethics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Get this. I went into the room. I explained my illness. The doctor just gave me some medication and ended the whole visit in 1 minute. The doctor never bothered to explain anything (was it virus or bacteria? Was my body heaty or cold? Do I need to do anything else to further care for my body once I'm home?). And in that 1 minute, he charged RM50. WOW. If it weren't because he's a panel doctor from my company's insurance, I would never visit him. As the years go by, his passion in treating people just goes away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why everyone giving bad comment about Dr Kwek and the nurse , i have been visiting this clinic very frequent . The nurse are absolutely super very nice and the doctor are giving the best advises i ever had so far among all the clinic i have visited. P/S I am not related to him at all..my sincere comment about him

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever! Doctor wasn’t helpful at all i came in with a terrible headache but the doctor assumed i was fine and didn’t even bother check up on me at all not even my temperature. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone. Definitely never coming back here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Send my helper to this clinic for FOMEMA test. Doctor was very rough when taking blood samples. Caused lots of pain to my helper. The way the doctor speaks, as thought he don’t care about the patient. Will never visit this clinic again. If you plan to do FOMEMA, don’t choose this clinic too.
