★ ★ ★ ★ ★ perkhidmatan panggilan dan terima panggilan asyik terganggu. call helpline dan customer service tak berjawab. call redone nilai juga tak berjawab. rasanya nak kena tukar telco kalau begini caranya.
 call service and receive calls are constantly interrupted. call helpline and customer service not answered. call redone value is also unanswered. It feels like I have to change the telco if this is the way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to improve the PR skill and customer service. With rude tone, they not even care to apologize even has mistakenly late updating the payment which is done by the customer a week ago. I don’t feel like giving them a star coz they don’t deserve it. Never ever again go to their store.
