β β β β β Great Service! Had to rescheduled my appointment several time due to my irregular shift and changes in leave but the are all very helpful in rearranging my appointment. Consulted w Dr Ronnie, he explain throughly and very informative. Staff are ok. Good job. Will share the result for my milia laser removal

β β β β β Consulted with Dr. Ronnie (Usually Fridays) Dr. Is very kind provided reassurance, patient in answering questions and also very informative. Other perks:
- Newly open so less busy
- Clean as they sanitize the room as patient leaves.
-Tons of parking spaces (payable)
-Friendly staffs.
-Can see acne improvement in month 2-3 on meds.
Things to improve:
-Facial service
Reason being.. I usually get treated in Ko. Seremban so i have 2 different experiences to compare. I felt the one in Seremban is more thorough and detailed, also the staff had a gentler approach while the ones in Nilai not to say bad, its good that they steamed face before extraction which something Seremban didnt. However (sometimes) the sound of the staff open close drawer, door, push trolley, wash things or wtv it is that they do can get just alittle overwhelming or loud (to me) im unable to relax from the extraction discomforts. But ofcourse theres always room for improvement! Overall its good. Giving 5 stars regardless. Continue to improve and excell!

β β β β β I only went there to get a steroid shot and consult doctor with some stuff. She explained really well and advised solution to my concerned issues. She is very gentle when doing my steroid shot and my cyst acne shrink immediately the next day. Her assistant that assisted on the counter are super helpful and friendly as well. I got the chance to look at some facial treatment that they offer, and the price are reasonable, I would suggest to get a package treatment though cause itβs more saving that way. For cleanliness wise, the area are tidy and well manage, I saw they sanitised the room right after I got my treatment/consultation. I purchased a BHA (DX Vitality purifying essence) that doctor recommended and since its only been a day using it, I canβt say much if the product works as it should but it didnβt make my skin feels itchy or sting like other BHA/AHA products. My first experience with them are excellent and Iβm definitely will visit them again soon.
