★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Intend to switch to RedOne from another telco, called to double confirm whether it's switchable, because this shop is nearest to my hse, but miss customer service said " x blh" and hanged up directly without giving me any chance to ask further.
When I called to other "centres", I've been told it's switchable. I'm sharing my personal experience with you guys, please think thrice before you want to be customer of this shop.
