β β β β β Love going here to do some unplanned grocery shopping. Most of the time Redtick has what i want and the prices affordable. Their fruit selection is great!

β β β β β This place is a must visit at 8 or 9 am if you want to smell the freshly baked croissants and other pastries. They bake them at that time, leaving the whole super market smelling like a bakery shop. Take your croissants, get your coffee and buy your groceries here, though the protein section (meat, poultry and fish) is poorly maintained and always smelling bad. The fishes in the box are sick, you could tell from their skin and the depigmentation of it.

β β β β β Various choices for groceries albeit lack of some premium brands. Quiet and peaceful compared to other supermarkets in Cyberjaya. Prices more or less same like other supermarkets.

β β β β β The quality control has dropped, Red Tick management please do a proper check on your employee. How can you sell me a ROTTEN TIM TAM!!!! THERE WAS MAGGOTS INSIDE!!!! If you dont improve your management i urge all shoppers TO AVOID THIS RED TICK AT ALL COST!!!! What a disgrace..

β β β β β I have being their customers for more than 5 years ( because it's closer to my office), since then the service never got improved. The workers, especially at the cashier counter are the most arrogant around Cyberjaya. Probably their salary is too low which caused they has less manner.
Last time I came I expected they could give me cartoon box which laid on the floor and I believe it will be ended as trash. Other groceries shop usually are happy if we want to take their cartoon boxes.
Btw, I don't need box if I buy small amount groceries which I could carry with my own bag. But sometimes I shop the items for charity which is in bulk.
Please consider to train and increase ur staffs manners since Cyberjaya now got more and better grocery shop such as Star Grocer, Village grocer, etc. They offer better price and nicer and friendly staffs.

β β β β β I have been shopping here for more than 2 years. They normally have that rare spices that I want and veggies are fresh. Same goes to fruits. Lots of frozen food to choose. Not so many fresh chickens. Normally I just buy chicken wings here. No local beef here. Fish are fresh. They used to have fish in the aquarium now no more. A good place for a quick groc shopping. Park at level 5.

β β β β β There are many problems with Cyberjaya RedTick supermarket. But I'll just list what I think the most needs to be improved as soon as possible.
The first is attitude of those foreign workers, they should be really grateful that in such a difficult period, others can't find a job, and even many unfortunates can't bring food on the table, but you still have a job, arenβt u? I donβt know if itβs the company pay them less or lesser due to pandemic but itβs really not our problem at all, if u have issues about ur work simply resign or go to managment not the customers! They seems doing vice versa and thatβs intolerable it will ruined the customer mood to ever want to visit again and the organization is really needs to train your employees proper again, plus donβt forget you are in the service field for God sake!
The second is meat section should keep it sanitary, its always messy and smells funny, makes me never wanna buy again.
