★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food not well cooked. Consider cooking them a bit longer for very well done cuisine. Had seafood marinara & spicy chicken cornish at this location. The pie still had the uncooked-floury taste. For the seafood marinara, the sauce still had that out-of-package-sauce taste. The ambient is good though! Quite cozy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff just ignore customers coming in. Long waiting just for a take away drink. You can show some decency of just greet and ask customers to wait for a while. First time going into a secret recipe outlet and being left alone and ignore like that.
Surely you can do better than this secret recipe. So disappointed with the service.
