★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services are very bad at first, comp rep always used lame excuses to get away with bad workmanship, to tell us how difficult to tame the senior installer and want us to compromise. They told us 1st batch of foreign workers sent are not really up to standard.
After few rounds of feedback and escalation, finally they sent very experienced sifu and willing to undo those defected parts, and fixed them for us. Luckily a happy ending.
