This is a nice building with truly terrible management. Run like a petty dictatorship by a member committee that is ignorant of the facts behind important issues and refuses to listen to other owners and residents. Stifles any discussion of discontent with decisions through their 100-page rule book and fines. Illegally posts images of residents publicly who they deem to have "violated" one of the insane, unposted rules. Major turnover in professional management because it is so awful to deal with.

For me this place best place to stay Location on top of hills, quite n cozy cause still many greens can refresh your eyes. Have a huge area, no need go far to do jogging or walking in the morning or afternoon ?
