★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if you are interested in a reiki workshop here, i would strongly recommend to go and see the place and meet the instructor first before you make online payment. cleanliness, kindness and quality of course where not for me. i left on the second day early feeling really uncomfortable. the photos on the website are misleading in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to Bob.. when I was trying to figure and plan a phase of my life ...I had moved to Malaysia and I was looking for a healing modality that would help me transform my inner abilities and strengthen my focus to restructure my life.Little did I know...this journey will change my life... After I finished Level 1 (Shoden) I did not feel any different....but as the days passed on...I felt the energy guiding me and helping me ..to keep my self grounded... Now I have just finished my Level 3 ( Shinpiden) under Bob. He is a Fantastic Guide and very open to understanding the students journey. His teaching and knowledge is not restrictive rather he empowers his students to seek the knowledge and have their own experience to define. i wish you all the Best Bob. Thank you for the guidance and thank you to introduce me to this wonderdul enigmatic world of Reiki.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place IS AMAZING. Dr. Bob helped me with my problems that I have had for years. The doctors in Europe could not diagnose me properly, I was even in the waiting line to get operation done and was living with alot of pain every day.
My condition is improving daily as I am coming for my treatments regularily and I am so so so grateful for the work the two practitioners have already done on me.
I love coming to Reiki Refuge. I feel comfortable and safe there and always leave the place very relaxed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of his messages/the exchanges we have on WhatsApp (Biz) would send me laughing like mad. Not sure if he does this with most of his patients/clients. I just wish the physical place is slightly cleaner. With the beast that is COVID, in-person sessions can be very tricky. Fortunately, I found distance Reiki. Usually, after most sessions, there'd be improvement, though at times, not as immediate. I was originally looking for a few outlets for mental health. For now, my sessions are as and when.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very good distant healing session. I instantly felt calmer and felt the energy flow in me. It was very comfortable and the reading made a lot of sense to me. Would definitely love to have more such sessions.
