β β β β β Reliance home is company that first takes people's money and delivers sub-par materials. I suggest for all to stay away from this swindling company.
The door is slanted, got my orders wrong, didn't complete the installation, and now don't even bother following up on the issue.

β β β β β I was at Reliance Bandar Puteri Puchong a couple of days ago. The sales person Michelle Tan attended to me. She was not at all professional and was arrogant when answering our questions. She makes faces when we ask her abt some suggestions and she definitely does not know her product well. Zero customer service from her. To be in this biz, Reliance needs to ensure that their people are trained in not only the product knowledge but also in interpersonal skills. I will personally not buy nor recommend Reliance at all.
