1.Masseur keep on rubbing my foot solo , he forgot there is rest of the foot for massage as well
2.He just press my foot & back with no technique , seriously he need training for massage
3.He didn’t knew basic English also , I was asking him to keep it relax as it was hurting me..but he didn’t understand any word

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a disappointment! The massage was a waste of money, the service was unprofessional,looking at the place I was expecting it to be a professional massage but unfortunately they are not. They just literally slap some oil on and just rub your feet in the name of foot reflexology. They did not prepare the necessary items for the massage instead they walked out many times, to get the things which was such a waste of time.Basically they did not do a good job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son and I tried the one-hour Tui Na massage, which supposedly uses acupressure. Instead we felt like heavy dough being roughly kneaded and we were sore the next day! The two ladies were busy chatting away for the first half hour and turned silent when they ran out of things to talk about! And they repeatedly tried to upsell us to a 1.5-hour session. Hey, it's my first time and I don't even know if you're any good and you want me to pay for more of it?! The massage didn't even feel complete and I reckon this was my masseuse's way of telling me I should've paid for more time...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come here for 1 hour foot massage, they use warm towel to clean my foot instead of warm water . They explained because of MCO . Massage so far so good. Not much customer and massage sifu , maybe the border still close. 1 hour foot massage RM68.00

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular patron of massage centres and after a long cycle of trying many spas, I returned to Reborn. It was at 12am and I chose the 1 hour Tuina massage. It was disappointing. The staff did everything hurriedly and kept mentioning for us to top up to 1 and a half hour saying it would be better. If it was so important to make it 1 1/2 hour and that 1 hour would be useless then why have it at all in the menu. Besides the lady at the counter told us that even at 1 hour it’s very good. And then they mentioned about giving tips. Hmmmm...not in our culture. Business men in Malaysia always include the service charge and gst in the prices already. Then the whole experience was not satisfying purely because the energy they gave was rushed. Me and my girlfriend we both felt the same way after the massage. Overall advice, don’t come during closing hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a massage after my lunch just now. The shop was there for quite a long time but I had never been there. Took the 4-in-1 massage at RM 83. If weekdays Monday to Thursday, it would be much cheaper with longer duration. It's not a hanky panky place. The massage was great. I felt relaxed after the massage. My neck and shoulders were relieved and felt "lightened". It's like releasing some "burdens" of my shoulders. I would be back to try their body massage next time.

Interior design and ambience is quite good.
Prices are fairly standard as per most massage centres around the puchong area.
Happy hour is up to 3pm where the 2 hour packages is value for money.
One drawback during my visit was the 2 masseuse would not stop talking for most if the time which was quite annoying.
