- Request to open and check the fan colour before delivery is not allowed by them and now all sent with wrong colour
- Please do not find them and buy from this shop to prevent the headache during the purchase and delivery process!!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Buy a sink with them at The Home Exhibition at Sunway Pyramid on September, they promise will call to ask us to collect but until today asked so many times and called so many times no feedback from them .Really bad service from them, for those who buying from them really need to think twice.

โ โ โ โ โ The customer service is rude and not responsible. Just to make delivery booking, I have to deal with 3 or 4 persons. First is a guy called Edwin Khoo, his name card is attached on the order chit but no response from him after I message him. Then I called the office line, another guy called Philips, promised to send on Tuesday but when I called again to confirm (after seeing so many negative comments so I was worried), apparently there is no booking made by him. There is another guy who I didn't get his name is extremely rude in the phone, talked like I owed them money.
But the customer service lady Ms Yap is very helpful and polite, and call me back to confirm the delivery date which I really appreciate. The delivery is made by the boss Mr Fong who is very friendly too.
So the only person who is reliable in customer service is Ms Yap, please talk to her directly and don't bother to talk to other jokers.

โ โ โ โ โ Prices almost the same as factory price. Friendly staff support but better if business hours extended beyond 7pm. Ordered an item but did not arrive as promised (2 days). Wasted time returning to their shop and following up when they could have contacted me earlier for delayed delivery. They allowed full refund but finally it arrived (1 week) before I claimed refund. No discounts nor gifts to make up.
The con: their third party instant heater installer Heng overcharged me and not punctual. No proper receipt given.

โ โ โ โ โ Price as factory price compare with others shop, I purchased their promotion item hood and hob and sink with hood price and product was great. Their staff Edwin very friendly. Highly recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ Very dishonest seller. Beware of this shop. Selling defect item as new and still denying it. Called to replace new but he rejected and only ask manufacturer party to repair for me. Very dishonest seller. Beware and get scammed. Now preparing necessary document to tribunal Malaysia to take legal action
