β β β β β Do not hire/engage this guy. He just sub it to someone else and take half the profit. When things turn sour, he just blame it on his sub-contractor.
Very unprofessional. Ask his sub-contractor to come and "repair" but it was not repaired (give excuse it takes awhile for the fridge to be cold again, and leave), taken the repair money and don't want to refund. now phone also dont want answer..

β β β β β Too fast already, told him cannot come too early as my girlfriend at home is in a meeting and is busy and I'm at work but he said coming already. Then once arrived the technician told my girlfriend one thing and told me another.
Ended up paying 400 ringgit just to change one sensor only, but he told me over the phone he is changing the compressor, and can't understand him at all. The guy I initially called is not the same guy who came either.
Be careful dealing with these guys. Make sure you are at home and listen carefully to what they are trying to do before they do it. Better to let some of your food spoil than lose 400 bucks for no reason at all.
If you're in an emergency and can spare a few hundred, then sure. But ended up paying half the price of a new fridge just to repair, ridiculous.

β β β β β Called on 1st May 2021. He asked what problem with my washing machine. I did told him is jammed door, couldnt open after finished washing. He asked me to text him the picture of the machine and I did. He took very long time to respond my message. And I texted him again, if he can come over the next day or the day after. No response after I asked roughly the price range for repairing a jammed door for washing machine.
