★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 40 mins after ordering, told 2 of the pinoy staffs that our food havent arrived, no one bothers. Manager or boss doesnt bother to follow up.
Ordered platter: eggs, potatoes is cold, asked the male pinoy staff if the food is suppose to be cold, said will check for us and never came back. Isnt crowded at all.
Whats with the manager staring around all the tables and not doing anything?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Sangria Punch blended tea and Churrus with salted caramel dip. Churrus took 20 mins to come. Its crispy and fluffy. Tea can only refill once. Not aware of that as the server only mention can have 2 cups

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 4.5 stars. The service is good but it can get slightly noisy. Carrot cake isn't too sweet and is moist but the ice cream paired with it was hard. The Japanese lemon cheese cake was soft and yummy. The cold brew could be stronger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent service. Ambience is nice, can chill even in big groups. They provide water.
Food isn’t too pricey. Only tried the churros and their coffee. Churros are soft and crispy, recommend to go with the chocolate sauce.
For the latte, I liked the coffee art. The taste is good, not acidic.
Might come again to try their mains, after getting the Hiap Joo Banana Cakes nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm surprised that I've not submitted any review even though it has been my top recommendations for cafe in JB. Anyway, love the ambience from the exterior British Settlement feel to a chill interior design. Staff were polite and friendly. A wide selection of hot menu dishes which I've tried 5 so far and they all tasted delicious. Churros and coffee standard fluctuates a little but I still think it's better than average. Just take note that some hot menu have limited amount, there will be minimum spending per customer and the prices are slightly higher than other cafes around. On the whole, if you like cafe hopping and you are also a foodie, this is the right place for you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing service recovery. I went at opening time and waited for more than an hour for the food to arrive. Ordered the chef salad with avocado and they didn’t tell me that they ran out of avocados beforehand. Only when the food arrived and I asked them about it did they say that they have no more avocados and replaced it with “more vegetable” instead (imagine buying chicken rice only to have no chicken and more rice) After a few rounds of probing they finally went to “another outlet” to get avocados. By then my friends had already finished their meals and I just started eating mine. Just a suggestion - staff could have offered a discount or cancel my order (I’ll gladly return them my plate of uneaten salad).
