β β β β β I am renting a unit with RM1.5K for a month and the price is quite reasonable especially when you are living here in KL. Fret not about food because you can just literally buy at the ground floor. There are OldTown, Richiamo, Burger King, KFC, Pizza Hut and many more. There is also Guardian opposite to Tealive. Other than these you can still go to Kg Baru as it is nearby. RWH also have bowling lanes at level 6 but with less amount of lanes. Do not expect too much with the reasonable price. Staffs, quite helpful and friendly even though there is no more operation by 11PM. Overall it is just fine in this pandemic season since they are rules and stuff. We just need to tolerate, it ain't that hard. To sum it all up, I would recommend this place for a staycation. The room are neat and tidy. They also have pests control to come monthly so there is no issues with roaches and such. Keep up the great service ??

β β β β β Very good. The mall is for low class people with only one level, more like a market i tell you. Not even variety of food, the place is conquered by malay and they have no empathy whatsoever. Don't be blind, they got your money, they treat you like trash

β β β β β Nice place with mixed residential, retail and education establishment. However signage leaves a lot to be desired. For those who come to Residensi UTMKL for the first time, it's best to take the nearest lift from where you're parked at the multilevel parking all the way to the ground floor (Floor 1); where you can better find your way from.

β β β β β Just make sure you have more than enough money in your touch n go to park here. RM5 per entry. No free parking.
The room is a bit small for family.

β β β β β Its a good place near city center where you can access very easy. to kg. baru. Klcc. and others attractive place. only the breakfast here i more prefer go outside. search for good breakfast near kampung dato keramat.. sri rampai. or even kg. baru much better. staff is good and friendly.
