โ โ โ โ โ The best accommodation for a student or for those who looks for a simple and cheap place to stay. The place is very close to the Kg. Baru mosque that you can walk to perform prayer in the mosque. The place is also surrounded by many eating places. The favorite dish that I like the most is Kuey Teow celup. Many Kelantanese kueh mueh are sold here as well. They are 'cik mek molek', 'sira labu', 'lompat tikam', 'kueh bom berinti kacang', 'seri muka', 'tepung pelita', 'pulut santan mangga', 'pulut lepa', etc.

as for me im one of the participant in a program.
the best part of this place is because of the location.
near food stalls, hospital, old houses, & shopping centre.
the location itself is at the kampung baru made it easy to get variety of malaysian food. got pasar nearby if you want to buy and taste malaysian fruit.
as for this residensi got separate level which have air conditioning and just fan.
got chiller downstairs and medium room to chat and lepak with air conditioning.
it is build like a dormitory does the toilet is share. kind of shopping centre.

โ โ โ โ โ The worse place. They can't be contacted. No place to complaint where there's A HUGE GAP ON BY THE WINDOWS where one could theoratically use a monopod to take a picture, talk so loud in the night so that you could never fell asleep, and the worst of all the management cannot be contacted at all. What a scam of a place. Please stop being a human.
