★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The coffee is ok. Sometimes inconsistent. The pack nasi lemak is good and very spicy. Why the low marks is the owner is the most unfriendly i have ever experience. Sulking when he serves you as if you are not paying for your food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE BEST Hailam coffee in KL better . The drinks better than Thong Kee Restraunt in Kepong by far . It is clean and has a very lay-back vibe, such a pity it closed on Sunday would be a nice place to having a lazy Sunday coffee. What a surprise to find such a hole in the wall in KL. Neighbouring shop fried noodle is not too shabby too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super good coffee! They serve a variety of breakfast options, but take note that the nasi lemak and mee hoon is really spicy (good for you spicy lovers!) so give them a try ?
By the way, you can also order from next door - soul noodles and fried noodles - to be served in this kopitiam (and vice versa). By the way, the fried hokkien mee is yummy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. Coffee is awesome. Feels like a trip out of the city going to this local hidden gem . Parking is definitely horrendous so do come here by Bike or grab . Double parking doesnt even seem possible here. Food is good . Hailam coffee is probably sold out before noon . Thankful I got to try the last cup . Toast and Eggs were Yums. Its such a simple breakfast but not the easiest to find a good one. This is way better than Old Town / Pappa Rich . Would definitely come back for this !! Nasi lemak sold out before noon as well . Prawn noodles are only available on Saturdays and I forgot the other day they have mentioned. Check ins practiced. The lady boss is smiley and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered toast (roti bakar), ice tea (teh ais) and ice coffee.
It's absolutely excellent.
The toast texture is spot on. Crispy outside, got some bite to it, but once in mouth, the bread crumble, giving access to the ample butter and kaya inside. Perfection.
The teh ais is bitter with strong tea aroma and fragrance. Mellowed by milk, achieving impeccable balance.
The ice coffee is dark, black, thick and "kaw". This remind of kopi kampung i had during my childhood at my home town Kedah.
The only way to get a more kampung coffee is to break into some paddy farmers house and steal their breakfast coffee.
This is a great place to get great malaysia classic breakfast menu. I walk through rain to get it today. And I'll do it again even if it's raining fire and stones.
It's that good.
