Offers a variety of Nyonya Dishes! The curry fish was delicious, flavourful and just right. Ambience was good, feels homely. Rendang was almost there (had nicer ones in Penang, but in JB this is probably the better one!). Durian Chendol was a surprise - gotta try it!

Lovely nonya kuehs. We had tasty ayam pongteh. Service was good. Portions are small. But other than that the other food were ordinary, maybe we are so used to authentic home cooked nonya food...wonder why we went there.

Tasty foods available for breakfast. Quite a few selections of kuih. Also foods from all day ala carte menu can be ordered too. Very flexible policy. Good & friendly services are provided as well. Very nice place to have a good & relaxing breakfast to start the day ?

Our family has eaten here for about a decade and a half. We have seen their kids grow up, and they have seen our family grow too. Still the top place to bring all outstation guests to, and still my favourite peranakan restaurant. I've been living in Singapore and every time I come home, this is what I look forward to (second only to my mom's cooking)! It's been almost 2 years since covid but I'm back for a visit and no visit is complete without a trip to Nyonya Treats. Today we had the curry fish (our favourite) and the prawn garam chilli. Shared amongst the 3 of us. Wish we could order more dishes but we knew we would make the "nasi banjir" with all the delicious curry gravy, so we refrained from ordering too much. Both dishes were excellent as usual, and we rolled home with full bellies after lunch. I've missed it greatly, and am glad to see it thriving, surviving. See you again on the next trip! ❤️

The signage is not significant, coz I used to passby frequently. I'm not aware that there is a Nyonya food restaurant located here until I was told that the restaurant is exist for some times. The setting looks traditional and space is quite limited to cater for many big groups to dine-in. The food is mouth watering especially the cendol. They sell nyonya kuih too. Will definitely going back with group to try out the more dishes specialities.

This is really yummy and authentic Nyonya cuisine in Johor Bahru, a change from the usual Chinese fare we find in Taman Sentosa or Bukit Indah… We couldn’t really try the spicy dishes due to having our kids with us (other than the Otak-Otak) but still, the mild items are just as delicious - which included the Fried Fish with Soybean, Dried Radish Omelette, and Chap Chai. This is definitely a must-try place, for fans of the hugely popular Malacca cuisine!

Best Nyona Cuisine in JB in my opinion. We returned to the restaurant again few days ago. We ordered Buah Keluak (candlenut) Chicken, Fried Stingray with Sambal (with brinjal & okra), salted vegetable duck soup, fried sweet potato leaves, spring rolls (Ngor Hiang), 2 Nasi Kunyit, sour plum drink, Lemon grass drink and 2 Chendol with Durian. Total cost about RM116.50. We over ordered and couldn’t finish, but they can help to “tabao” (takeaway) the unfinished food. Buah Keluak Chicken is a must try, other recommended dishes include the prawn or squid sambal with petai, chicken/ beef rendang etc. Lastly, make sure you reserve your stomach for dessert because the Chendol with Durian is to die for. The reason I give 4 star out of 5 because the staff are generally inexperienced and unsure what to do. Hence, there is room for improvement in term of service although we understand that this is a family run business. Having said that, we are not bothered by their less than ideal service. Otherwise, it would be 5 out of 5 for food only. BTW, just learn that they serve breakfast with set menu too. Will return to try their breakfast.

Food were awesome! We love the Nyonya Pineapple Sotong, which was recomended by the restaurent! The rest of the dish were good (Buah Keluak chicken, Petai with prawn, radish omelette, chap chai, cendol). Asam fish was slightly overcooked but taste is good still. Went for dinner nearing closing time so some of the dishes were sold out! Be early to enjoy the more popular dish! Thanks for the owner who responded to our request for reservation even thou we were late ?
