★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was going down memory lane .. most of the more popular coffee shops were closing for the day .. and it was only 2pm .. :(( .. This coffee shop used to be Ka Ying Association, quite some yrs ago .. there's quite a number of stalls, a variety of food .. only avg in taste .. except for the hokkien mee, wh was quite rich & tasty in prawn stk ..
By KL standards, it was a cheap meal ... by taiping standards, it is prob a tad priceier ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite popular kopitiam with plenty of stalls. We took away some food for early evening drinks. We had the pork satay, otak otak & lobak. Standout had to be the pork satay with the green chili sauce. Really addictive. Lobak & otak otak were pretty good as well. Above average overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cooling outdoor food haven for food lover especially at night. Reasonable price, great food, many choices. Unless you have a big group of people to order and try out all varieties, you will need a few visits to finish tasting all the food!

Old school building quite well maintained
Hygiene is ok although not very great
You will be spoilt with choices.
Curry noodle broth is good, a bit oily, numerous prawn
Fried HorFun is nice, chewy noodle, lightly seasoned
Fried rice is charred
Assam Sotong is fresh but the gravy is not nice
sizzling yee mee is great
Their beverage could be a little sweet
Overall relaxing experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of best food court for dinner. The place is not stuffy at all as it has a huge cool blower in the shop. Must try: satay, fried chicken, char kuay teow, claypot rice or noodle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are many coffee shops in and around Taiping, Prima being one of the more popular ones due to popularity of some of the stalls here. I've had alfresco dining in the evenings as well, but since the pandemic struck, that's been taken off.
Parking is not quite easy, but a few rounds should get you a spot quite near to the place. It's located along the busy Jalan Kota, which is Taiping's main thoroughfare and is just a short walk away from the museum and the famous lake gardens.
Some of the offerings here are more popular than others, namely the Chicken Rice, the Wantan Mee, The Nasi Lemak and also you can get some Chinese rice dumplings here (369) which is quite famous.
It's quite a large coffee shop by regular standards and so seating is never really a problem. You are assured of a cheap and delicious meal here while doing your sightseeing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having a very delicious lunch at Restaurant here, especially the Chicken Rice. we continuely 2 days come here for this Chicken rice , and take away whole Chicken back to our place for Dinner. really delicious ! you guy should come here and try it yourself! ????????
