★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost all the tables were occupied when I dined there on Wed 7.30pm after the Singapore- Malaysia land borders opened. They accepted my reservation when I contacted them from Singapore. The cashier (lady boss) asked me to login using the My Senjah app. Simple, clean and aircon premise. The waitress staff who served my attention was warm, friendly and sincere. It is uncommon to feel sincerity in the food and beverage industry nowadays. In short, their food is their star, no frills was needed. I ordered 8 dishes, 5 plates of white rice and Jasmine Tea and paid MYR210 (S$70). Most of the dishes I ordered were the smaller size. We enjoyed most of the dishes particularly the fried seabass, salted fried rice, stir-fry garlic spinach and of course their signature herbal baked chicken. The chicken may be small but it packed a full punch of flavour. The meat was tender and came off the bones easily. The amazing thing is we did not feel thirsty at all after the meal, so I think MSG was used in moderation.
My gripe-: I wish it that they will renovate their squatting toilet soon. Toilet paper, hand soap and dustbin were in place. It wasn't dirty but it was really old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the most wonderful meal at Teck Sing, it’s worth the traffic and time to travel all the way down to Jb. The staff is friendly and able to assist me due to pregnancy some food are not advisable, and willing to check with the chef.
Food wise I would say super fresh especially the sambal kangkong and petai. Soup is tasty.
I love the herbal chicken so much and oats prawns is super fresh and tender. We love this place and we will come back again. We only paid for 108 ringgit for the entire dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ their paper wrap chick is good and so is their curry fish head. If you are here to buy their paper wrap chicken only for take away they are quite fast. They also accept payment by card just they impose a minimum spend of $200ringgit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My second time coming back here (first time pre-covid) and I'm happy to say that the standards were very well maintained! Their signature paper baked chicken was so good that we ended up ordering 2 portions instead! Chicken is so tender and is perfectly complimented by the delightful herbal sauce. We've also ordered the oats prawn, mixed beancurd, hot plate Ota, Shang choy and all the dishes did not disappoint! Will definitely return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of our favorite Tze Tsar Place. Good service, reasonably good food and reasonable price (around RM120 for 3 of us). Some of their signature dishes include deep fried pork, fish head curry, paper wrap chicken, seafood such as crab, prawns, squid, etc. This restaurant opens 365 days throughout the year, however they don’t take reservations. Hence, it’s advisable to come here early to avoid waiting for next available table since it can be a very busy and crowded place. Another thing to note is that credit card payment is not accepted here.
