★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 结婚用的kaya包弄到一团糊涂，连字都看不到。打电话也不回应，完全不负责任。如果你也想你的婚礼有这种瑕疵，就继续光顾吧。
 The kaya bag used for the wedding was so confused that I couldn't even see the words. I don't respond to the phone, completely irresponsible. If you want your wedding to have such flaws, just keep patronizing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drove twice to this shop from Penang, to my dismay, the first trip we failed to get any at all cos' it's on first come first serve basis.. the second trip was today itself, as usual all snapped up except for kuaci flavour left from yesterday's stock. Thus we just picked up 5 boxes of the kuaci flavour.
When asked why can't we prebooked , sales lady can't seems to help, reason been they are just customer facing workers who get bombarded regularly by disgruntled customer.
Adding pain to injury, the kuaci flavoured smelled rotten, probably got to throw all the 5 boxes purchased!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The coconut mooncake here is the sole reason why this place is a 3 star and not lower. The rest of the food here are pretty much just average without much need of a mention.
You will find yourself queuing for around an hour just to buy the coconut mooncake and that is saying a lot considering you do not have to queue at all if you are buying the other food items. I would be lying if I say the service is good here because you are not able to reserve the coconut mooncake by phone or walk-in (courtesy of the large number of customers queuing up for it due to its popularity). This is one of those cases where good business combined with high profit degrades basic service.
The price of the mooncake is RM19/box(21 pcs in 1 box) so it is deemed reasonable. Also, the coconut mooncake is delicious and not very sweet so it is a must-try even with the place having all its flaws.
