β β β β β A decent restaurant for a vegetarian meal in Kuantan.
Had my dinner here on the way back travelling from Mersing back to KL.
The yam basket is a bit soggy to my liking. Could do with a bit more spiciness from the dried chilies.
The butter fried fried sotong nicely done but a bit too oily.
Restaurant is a bit old dated, typical Chinese family-run restaurant business style, do not expect fancy looking setting.
Price wise is reasonable.

β β β β β Vegetarian restaurant with some good food, but it gets lame as the food tend to be the same as all the other vegetarian shop. Hope that there will be some other vegetarian shop that dont use those mock meats u know. Plain simple vegetables dishes...without any meat.

β β β β β I recomend you all to try their mutton curry as it has well-balanced flavours. Their yam basket is a bit lacklustre since the ingredients inside are quite plain ( instead of using kong pao "chicken" they used stir fried chicken with veges ) I tried their stir-fried sweet potato leaves and they were good too and they tasted fresh. Their pipa duck is very crispy but they put way too much soy sauce and that slightly disappointed me. Their interior may look dingy but please do try the food that I've recommended. The price is reasonable too and their portion is worth the price. They also sell vegetarian meat too fyi.

β β β β β Nothing feels better than returning to a familiar place for a good meal. This is how I felt visiting Zhi Zhu Vegetarian Restaurant 5 years after my last visit. Food is fresh and tasty as usual and we received very friendly and fast service. There is a variety of rice and noodle meals available and also dishes to go with rice. Among the stand out dishes are the special fried tofu (excellent crispness and taste), vegetables with salted fish and sambal petai. Recommended for reasonable pricing, fast service and satisfying vegetarian food in Kuantan

β β β β β The shop is located by the main street in kuantan town. Parking can be easy in the evening. The food is above average. I ordered 6 small food portion and it cost me rm47 which is quite reasonable. The taste is above average. They offer very fast service. The shop is clean and the shop has air conditioning.. so the atmosphere is overall okay. Recommended for anyone who wants to try good varieties of vegetarian dishes.

β β β β β A vegetarian restaurant that served good food. The dishes are all quite tasty. Recommend to order those without mock meat (made of gluten), the dishes that uses mushrooms, beans or leafy vegetables are tasted good. Itβs location is very near to the shopping mall - Berjaya Megamall.
