★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think its an existing kopitiam closed down, rename and reopen to a new kopitiam as Xin Gong Yuan. I ordered the Penang Lok Mee which surprisingly quite good with good amount of minced peanuts throw around the dish. Also ordered the chee chong fun which was average and good curry and sweet sauce. Their teh c kosong was also good. So should be good enough to fight with other kopitiams around.
