One reason why is probably the location as Al Faize is situated at a corner right next to the public car park and also next to the market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service always when many crowds, food tasteless. Most of the food just to fill empty stomach. Tomyam corner bad taste, using instant ingredients, way too much MSG and cooking oil. Internet 30mbps but always like 2g connections. t's NIGHTMARE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasty roti pisang. Garlic cheese naan was basically garlic naan. There was barely any cheese. The Kopi C was very very weak of coffee flavour and was more like coloured water. The staff overcharged 1 ringgit for the bill total; claimed it was for "double cheese" for the garlic cheese naan. ?♂️?♂️?
