・・・ビリヤニ（ムスリム風炊込みご飯）だけ食べたかったのですが、お店の人がグレビー（マトンカレー）をかけてみろ、と強く勧めるので、従いました。これがバカウマ。本場ではビリヤニとグレビーのセットで設計された料理なんですって。
